If you are 'Not at Fault' in an accident the other vehicle's insurance company normally pays for the 'loss of use' of your vehicle, thereby providing you with a courtesy car at no cost to you. Your insurer must agree that you were 'not at fault' and you can supply them with the 'at fault' driver's name and address.
Our Courtesy Cars are on site - so you can drop yours off for repairs and leave straight away in our courtesy car. Our aim is to make life easier for you!
